He was born in Medford, Oregon but was raised mainly in Central Florida between the diversity of Orlando and Tampa.

Jessica is the expert in housekeeping and cleaning industry. She has about 10 years experience in cleaning from commercial, government buildings, medical, and residential properties to hospital settings as well. She is constantly looking for solutions and changing the way housekeeping is. Besides the company, she has three beautiful daughters named Faith, Hope, and Charity that she enjoys raising and a proud mother to multiples. She was born in Portland, Oregon and lived in Central Oregon for a combination of 14 years. She is also a Mountain View High School graduate.

Knox has worked in consumer-grade bakeries and food service industries. Having just started his career, he looks forward to building a name in the industry. He was born in Colorado and raised in Central Oregon for most of his life. When he is not working with Cold Spring Housekeeping, he likes to spend time outdoors and go on walks with his dog.
