Jessica is the expert in housekeeping and cleaning industry. She has about 10 years experience in cleaning from commercial, government buildings, medical, and residential properties to hospital settings as well. She is constantly looking for solutions and changing the way housekeeping is. Besides the company, she has three beautiful daughters named Faith, Hope, and Charity that she enjoys raising and a proud mother to multiples. She was born in Portland, Oregon and lived in Central Oregon for a combination of 14 years. She is also a Mountain View High School graduate.

William has been working in home maintenance since he was young, alongside his family in Florida. His extensive experience in home maintenance and keen eye for detail enable him to provide services that are essential for those with short-term rentals, ensuring quick repairs to keep things running smoothly. During his free time he enjoys Hunting, Outdoors and spending his time with Family and Friends.

Knox has worked in consumer-grade bakeries and food service industries. Having just started his career, he looks forward to building a name in the industry. He was born in Colorado and raised in Central Oregon for most of his life. When he is not working with Cold Spring Housekeeping, he likes to spend time outdoors and go on walks with his dog.
